Sun
Cheng, male, born in 1947, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a
researcher, a renowned scientist, and an academician of the World Academy of
Productivity Sciences (WAPS). He is known as the "father of Chinese
fertilizers", "one of the top 100 outstanding inventors in the 60th
anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China", and
"a scientist who has made contributions in the field of productivity
science in the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of
China". He has been recognized by the WCPS organization of the United
Nations Economic and Social Council.
The
current Chief Scientist of the Academic Committee of the International
Organization for Information Development of the United Nations Economic and
Social Council, Chairman of the Joint Executive Committee of International
Academicians, Distinguished Professor and Graduate Supervisor at Shanghai
University of Applied Technology.
Academician
Sun Cheng has been engaged in scientific research for nearly 40 years, and many
major scientific and technological achievements have been transformed into
productivity. The greatest scientific and technological achievement and
contribution is the successful development of a series of new slow-release
fertilizers, such as the "Century Tian Wang" bio organic fertilizer
and bio organic inorganic slow-release compound fertilizer, targeting a series
of problems such as low fertilizer utilization rate, soil compaction,
environmental pollution, and food security in China, Listed as a "National
Key New Product Plan Project" and a "High tech Industry Key
Demonstration Project", it fills the historical gap of high concentration
natural bio organic fertilizers and bio organic inorganic slow-release compound
fertilizers in China and the world. In particular, the disruptive and
cutting-edge scientific achievements of innovation and upgrading, as well as
the polymer nano natural organic active material derivative "SC Plant
Nutritional Meal" that can replace fertilizers and traditional organic
fertilizers, have reached the international leading level, achieving
agricultural development without fertilizers, pesticides, resistance or
pesticide residues, high yield, and green development. The adjustment of
China's fertilizer industry structure has had a significant impact on changing
the dominant position of agricultural fertilizers over the past few decades,
and will inevitably bring about a major reform in agriculture in China and even
the world.
In
view of the significant contributions made by Academician Sun Cheng to human
society, following the election of world-renowned scientists Zhou Peiyuan and
Qian Weichang as academicians of the World Academy of Productivity Sciences,
Sun Cheng published an important paper at the 11th World Congress of
Productivity Sciences in Edinburgh, UK in 1999, founded the "Theory of
Balance between Plant Nutritional Growth and Reproductive Growth", and was
elected as an academician of the World Academy of Productivity Sciences.
Academician Sun Cheng's published papers and monographs such as "Research
on Contemporary National Revitalization Strategy", "New slow-release
Fertilizer Technology and Application", and "The Imbalance between
Plant Nutrient Growth and Reproductive Growth is an Important Root Cause of
Environmental Pollution Caused by Excessive Fertilizer Application" have
had a significant impact both domestically and internationally.
Due
to Academician Sun Cheng's theory of balancing plant nutrient growth and
reproductive growth, as well as his series of organic agriculture green
development theories, which are of great significance to food security,
ecological civilization construction, and human health in China and other
countries, they have been summarized by the international academic community as
the "Three Soil Theory", namely: nourishing soil, nurturing soil, and
fertile soil.

The
Agricultural Green Development Academician Pilot Demonstration Zone Project,
consisting of 13 major categories of projects
The
Agricultural Green Development Academician Pilot Demonstration Zone Project has
been officially launched, jointly initiated by the International Federation of
Academicians and the International Association of Academician Experts. This
project will fully leverage the academic influence and technological advantages
of academicians, and promote the concept and technology of green agricultural
development nationwide through the construction and promotion of demonstration
zones.
At
the meeting, Academician Sun Cheng first introduced the Agricultural Green
Development Academician Pilot Demonstration Zone Project, including its
background and significance, main content and goals, and important role in
promoting sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection.
According
to Academician Du Jiaqing, the project was launched simultaneously in 16
provinces and consists of 13 major categories of projects, including but not
limited to:

SC plant nutrition meal and academician technology fertile soil engineering
project;
2.
Academician science and technology projects for agricultural water conservancy
construction;
3.
Agricultural product green processing academician technology project;
4.
Rural dual carbon and national forest storage green development projects;
5.
Academician Science and Technology Project for Agricultural Environment
Governance and Land Protection and Restoration Governance;
6.
Industrialization project of scientific and technological achievements of
academicians in rural revitalization;
7.
Agricultural ecological protection academician technology project;
8.
Agricultural water resource management academician achievement transformation
project;
9.
Academician Program for Agricultural Biodiversity Conservation;

Green agricultural product brand marketing and traceability monitoring
academician project;

Agricultural Internet of Things academician technology project;

Academician Du Jiaqing focused on the 13 major categories of projects, and explained
the agricultural Internet of Things, the the Belt and Road, ASEAN certification

that the implementation of the academician led demonstration zone project for

the meeting, Academician Sun Cheng, on behalf of the International Federation
of Academicians and the International Association of Academicians and Experts,
announced the establishment of the Southern Work Office of the Agricultural
Green Development Academician Pilot Demonstration Zone Project, abbreviated as
the "Agricultural Academy Office", and issued appointment documents
to Academician Du Jiaqing, Director of the Office, and Academician Zhang Qi,
Inspector and Secretary General.
Academician
Du Jiaqing's Project Promotion Office will closely cooperate with relevant
departments of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of
Agriculture, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry
of Culture and Tourism, various agricultural science academies, agricultural
universities and other institutions, and select 16 provinces as demonstration

2023 New Academician Certification Ceremony and New Academician Learning
Symposium of the International Academy of Advanced Technology and Engineering

International Association of Academicians and Experts (IAEA) was established in
2020 with the approval of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China,

由13个大类项目构成的农业绿色发展院士先行示范区工程 习近平总书记指出:要紧紧围绕发展现代农业,围绕农村一二三四产业融合发展,构建乡村产业体系,实现产业兴旺。由国际院士联合体、国际院士专家联盟等单位联合发起,农业绿色发展院士先行示范区工程正式启动。该工程将充分发挥院士的学术影响力和技术优势,通过示范区的建设和推广,推动农业绿色发展的理念和技术在全国范围内的推广应用。 会上,孙成院士首先对农业绿色发展院士先行示范区工程作了介绍,包括农业绿色发展院士先行示范区工程的背景和意义、主要内容和目标、在推动农业可持续发展和环境保护方面的重要作用等。 据杜嘉庆院士介绍,该工程在16个省份同步启动,由13个大类项目构成,其中主要包括但不限于: 1. 国际院士联合体设立“杜嘉庆院士项目推广办公室”
会上,孙成院士代表国际院士联合体、国际院士专家联盟,宣布成立农业绿色发展院士先行示范区工程南方工作办公室,简称“农院办”,并为办公室主任杜嘉庆院士、巡视员兼秘书长张奇院士颁发了任职文件。
“杜嘉庆院士项目推广办公室”将与科技部、农业部、工业和信息化部、文化和旅游部相关部门、各地农业科学院、农业大学等机构紧密合作,在全国范围内选择16个省份作为示范区,每个省份设立一个联络处,每个联络处将负责所在省份的农业绿色发展工作,协调各方资源,推动农业绿色发展的实施。
