Dr. DuGahing's Thesis: the essence of Introduction to Technology Transfer---


1. The essence of technology transfer is the flow and appreciation of knowledge.


2. The formula for technology transfer pricing: Y=Ai X+Bi+C (i=1~n) (Du Jiaqing formula)


3. Technology transfer is a game process and investment activity. The realization of technology transfer and the improvement of the success rate of technology transfer are three core parameters: market demand; Investment, knowledge capability (the knowledge production and value-added capability of the technology receptor itself).


In addition, the article also points out that market demand plays a decisive role in the success or failure of technology transfer; Investment is the foundation for the commercialization of technology and knowledge; Academic achievements, engineering capabilities, and process capabilities, as the three carriages of technology transfer, must be kept abreast in order to succeed. 1. Creatively established a compressive shear microstructure model of peat soil, explaining the microscopic mechanism of the characteristics of peat soil;


2. Creatively established an algorithm for determining the compressibility index of peat soil;


3. Creatively proposed a comprehensive treatment method of peat soil composite foundation and overload preloading;


4. Creatively proposed design principles and methods for peat soil foundation treatment.


5. Established the standard for overload preloading and unloading of peat soil foundation;


6. Established a model for peat soil foundation reinforcement and settlement treatment


7. Invented the constraint equation between the depth of peat soil foundation treatment and the loading rate and deformation rate;


8. For the first time, the engineering characteristics and deformation laws of peat soil were revealed, and a strain structure model of peat soil was established;


9. Revealed the correlation study between the total settlement and replacement rate of peat soil sand pile composite foundation;
